We analyse the dimensions, the weight and the critical points along the way, and where relevant we coordinate pilot vehicles or escorts through verified partner carriers. That way you receive a clear transport plan, with the permits already settled before departure.

For defence equipment and dual-use goods we verify the documentation in advance, together with the client's compliance department, in accordance with EU Regulation 2021/821 and national export control legislation. We confirm the correct classification of the goods, the export licences and the screening of the parties involved before establishing the route details. We confirm no transport until the compliance framework is complete and the necessary documents are validated.

We treat every defence contract with contractual discretion and operational security procedures, in which information about the cargo, the route and the schedule moves strictly on a need-to-know basis. We limit access to the project team and the partners directly involved, and where the requirements demand it we coordinate chain-of-custody control and anti-tampering procedures. That way the identity and the content of the transport stay protected throughout the project.

For fragile or precision aerospace components we coordinate specialist handling, adapted packing and transport means suited to the type of equipment, through verified partner carriers. We account for sensitivity to shocks, vibration and environmental conditions, and where necessary we arrange escorts and monitoring en route. The dedicated project manager follows the cargo from collection through to delivery.

We provide CMR insurance included, adapted to the value and the nature of the equipment being carried. For goods of particular value we assess the level of cover required from the outset and, if the project calls for it, we structure additional insurance solutions together with the client. That way the real value of the components is properly covered, not capped at a standard ceiling.
