On routes with height restrictions we can use Schnabel-type adapters, which reduce the overall height. We choose the vehicle to fit the component, not the other way round, precisely so the permits along the route are respected.
We prepare the project quote once we have the components, the dimensions and the route, and the price depends on length, weight, the number of escorts, the permits and site access. A wind farm usually means several transports per turbine, so we recommend planning at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead on multi-country routes.
