24/7 Support
Our team is available around the clock to respond to any urgent transport situation.

We coordinate the transport of locomotives, wagons and rail infrastructure equipment for operators and contractors in the rail sector. Through our network of verified partners, we take rolling stock to the depot, workshop or site safely
How we operate in rail
Locomotives, wagons and trams have a geometry and a weight of their own, unlike standard industrial machinery. The lifting points, the centre of gravity and the train wheels call for a dedicated approach, which we prepare from the planning stage.
As a freight forwarder, we coordinate a dedicated route survey and multi-axle equipment adapted to the rolling stock, through our network of verified partners, for deliveries to depots, workshops or rail infrastructure sites.

How we work
Three things the standard industrial machinery procedure does not solve.
We adapt the lifting and securing points to the specific geometry of locomotives and wagons, to protect both the rolling stock and the transport equipment.
We verify access to the depot or the final delivery point in advance, so that the transport is confirmed without surprises along the way.
We align with the delivery schedule of the rail operator or contractor, with a single point of contact throughout the project.
Rolling stock and infrastructure equipment, with handling specific to the rail sector.
The specific challenge
Locomotives and wagons have lifting points, a centre of gravity and a mass distribution unlike a standard industrial machine. A securing error can damage both the rolling stock and the transport trailer, which is why planning starts from the real technical parameters of the equipment.
Through the partners in our network we coordinate teams with specific experience in rail equipment transport, who know these technical particulars and work regularly with depots and rail workshops. We take the standard EU parameters into account: 1435 mm gauge, GB/GC (UIC) loading gauge, typical wagon lengths from 12 to 25 m and locomotive weights from 80 to 130 t.
Other Project Cargo industries
Infrastructure projects with the same size requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Rolling stock has a geometry of its own, and a securing error damages both the cargo and the trailer. Here is what you need to know.
As a freight forwarder, we coordinate the transport of the locomotive on multi-axle trailers adapted to the weight and the centre of gravity of the rolling stock, through the verified partners in our network. We start from the real technical parameters of the locomotive, with securing at its specific lifting points, and for units of 80 to 130 t we organise abnormal load transport with permits and a dedicated route survey.
We choose the equipment according to the length and the mass of the rolling stock, usually multi-axle trailers or low platforms that keep the overall height within the size limits. For wagons with typical lengths between 12 and 25 m we use extendable configurations, and the final decision is taken after the route survey, so that we can confirm access all the way to the depot.
We coordinate loading and unloading at locations without a railway line, using cranes of the appropriate capacity or ramps, depending on the geometry of the equipment and the space available at the delivery point. We prepare the manoeuvre from the planning stage, together with partner teams that have specific experience in rail equipment, so that positioning in the depot or workshop is done safely.
For transports exceeding the maximum mass or size limits we handle obtaining the special permits from the road administrators in every country crossed, along with the movement approvals required. The dedicated route survey checks bridges, tunnels, roundabouts and depot access in advance, so that the transport is confirmed without surprises along the way.
The cost depends on dimensions, weight, route, the permits required and any escorts, which is why we calculate the price from the concrete parameters of the rolling stock. Send us the type of rail equipment, the point of departure and the destination, and the dedicated project manager will prepare a personalised project quote.
Yes, we coordinate door-to-door delivery, from the collection point to the depot, workshop or rail infrastructure site, with a single point of contact throughout the project. On some routes we combine the road segment with rail or sea sections, depending on local restrictions, with CMR insurance included, adapted to the value of the equipment carried.
Our team will get back to you in under 2 hours with a personalized quote — no bureaucracy.
